How to submit your CV for a rewrite
Step-by-step for purchasing a CV rewrite at coaching.advancemed.com.au and completing the intake form so we can produce your new resume.

The flow at a glance
Purchase via coaching.advancemed.com.au
Sign in (or create an account) at coaching.advancemed.com.au and purchase the early-career or established-career version of the CV / Resume rewrite from the shop.
Complete the intake form
All AdvanceMed document service intake forms live at coaching.advancemed.com.au/forms.
Pick the form for the service you purchased. You'll receive an email reminder with a direct link to the right form, but you can always navigate there manually.
Upload your current CV
Attach your current CV (PDF or Word, both fine for intake — final delivery is PDF). If you don't have a current CV, upload a LinkedIn export or any work-history document you have.
Submit
Once submitted, AdvanceMed will return a first draft within 5 working days, with a video walking you through it.

What to have ready before you fill in the form
- Your current CV in any format
- A list of target roles or employers if you have one
- Your post-nominals and registration details
- Any selection criteria you've been asked to address (these inform tailoring)
- Recent achievements you'd like emphasised — papers, awards, leadership roles, audits

Common issues
I can't find the intake form. Go to coaching.advancemed.com.au/forms directly and pick the form matching the service you purchased.
I uploaded the wrong file. Reply to the form-confirmation email with the correct file attached. We'll swap it in before starting.
I haven't received the email reminder. Check spam, then proceed via the forms page directly — the reminder is a convenience, not a gate.
