AdvanceMed's VIP programs are paid coaching packages combining 1-on-1 sessions, course access, AI tools, and the VIP community at doctorcoaching.advancemed.com.au.
There are four ways in, depending on what you're preparing for and which coach you'd like to work with.
What every VIP tier includes
- VIP portal access at doctorcoaching.advancemed.com.au (via the UpCoach platform)
- 1 Strategy Call with your coach
- Lifetime access to all paid courses — Interview Skills, Cover Letters & Applications, Medical CV, Expert Series
- AI tools library — Personal Statement Builder, Interview Questions Builder, and more
- eGuides library — 12+ guides covering templates, CV design, and preparation checklists
- VIP forums for resource sharing with other VIP members
- Ongoing email and chat support for the duration of your program
- VisualCV builder subscription with complimentary CV reviews

Coaching sessions run 45+ minutes and each counts as one hour of allocated time. Note: a CV rewrite typically uses 2 sessions; a cover letter review uses 1.
Why two SET prices? Dr Melody Koo is currently building her coaching practice — same SET program, same 6 sessions, same inclusions, at a lower price point. Anthony's SET version is at the senior-coach price.
Payment options
All four programs offer:
- Upfront payment in full, or
- Installments via SureCart at checkout
Prices are quoted in AUD. Checkout supports multiple currencies (AUD, GBP, CAD, CNY, EUR, INR, NZD, USD).
Checkout bump — extra 2 sessions
At checkout for General VIP and the two SET VIP programs, you can choose to add another 2 coaching sessions as a checkout bump for an additional fee — the easiest way to extend your 1-on-1 allocation. The bump is not available for Mini VIP.

Availability
VIP programs run in cohorts with limited slots:
- Mini VIP — most consistently available
- SET VIP — both Melody's and Anthony's versions have limited annual availability tied to the RACS SET selection cycle (currently sold out for 2026)
- General VIP — typically sold out; new slots open periodically

- Dr Melody Koo — Vascular Surgery Registrar; Surgical Training Coach. Delivers SET VIP (Melody version) at the more affordable price point.

Cancellation and refunds
VIP purchases follow the standard Refund and cancellation policy, including the 14-day refund window applying to the initial purchase. Installment plans must be paid through to the agreed schedule once the refund window closes.
