The two SET programs cover the same content with the same number of sessions — Melody's version is at the more affordable price point as she builds her coaching practice. General VIP, SET VIP, and SET VIP (Anthony) include a checkout bump to add 2 extra sessions for an additional fee. All programs offer upfront or installment payment via SureCart. What's not included by default
- Cover letters or selection-criteria responses (purchase separately, after a CV rewrite or coaching engagement)
- Word-format CV files (PDF only — see Can I have a Word version of my CV?)
- Multiple resume variants for different roles (additional fee per variant)
- Future updates to your CV after the initial delivery (per-hour rate)
Refunds
See Refund and cancellation policy for the full policy. Headline rules:
- Sessions — at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule
- Online courses or Clarity Calls — refunds available within 14 days of purchase
- Events — at least 30 days' notice to cancel
- A 10% administration fee may apply to discretionary refunds

Unless otherwise indicated, amounts on the website do not include GST. GST is added at checkout where it applies.
