Refund and cancellation policy

Cancellation rules for sessions, courses, subscriptions, and events — including the 24-hour and 14-day windows.

This page summarises AdvanceMed's refund and cancellation policy for everyday use. It is not the legal document. The full Terms and Conditions take precedence in any dispute: advancemed.com.au/terms.

Australian Consumer Law remedies (refund, replacement or repair where there's a failure with goods or services) apply regardless of anything on this page.

Sessions (Strategy Calls, Clarity Calls, coaching)

You must give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a booked session. If you don't, you are not entitled to a refund or a free reschedule and you'll need to pay for another session.

Online courses and Clarity Calls — 14-day refund

If you'd like a refund for an online course or a Clarity Call you have purchased, you must notify AdvanceMed within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, or if the purchase is part of a package, the 14-day refund doesn't apply.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions auto-renew. To stop the next renewal, cancel before the renewal date using the customer dashboard:

  1. Log in at coaching.advancemed.com.au.
  2. Go to your dashboard.
  3. Click the plan you want to cancel and follow the prompts.

Events

For in-person or online events, you must give at least 30 days' written notice to be eligible for a refund. AdvanceMed may offer a recorded replay (which may carry an additional fee).

Administration fee

Where a refund is provided at AdvanceMed's discretion, a 10% administration fee may be deducted to cover operational costs.

Change-of-mind refunds

AdvanceMed generally does not offer change-of-mind refunds outside the windows above. Discretionary refunds or service credits may be offered case by case.

Payments

All prices are in Australian Dollars. Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe and PayPal). Pricing errors are corrected by either offering you the correct price or cancelling and refunding the order.
