How to cancel or change your subscription

To cancel, upgrade or downgrade a subscription, follow these steps:

1. Log in at coaching.advancemed.com.au.
2. You'll be taken to your dashboard. (If not, it's in the dropdown menu under your icon at the top right.)
3. You'll see all your subscriptions (Plans) at the top.
4. Click the plan you want to cancel or change, and follow the prompts.
