AdvanceMed is a registered trading name of Great Mynds Pty Ltd (ABN 13 613 634 343), based in Newcastle, NSW, Australia.
What we collect
When you buy a service or use the website, AdvanceMed collects:
- Your name, email, billing address, phone number for orders
- Payment details — handled directly by our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal); we don't store full card numbers
- Browsing data — pages you visit, products you view, IP address, browser type
- Comments or content you post on the site, including the comment-form data and IP address (used for spam detection)
Who processes your data

Your rights
You can ask AdvanceMed to:
- Send you a copy of the personal data held about you
- Delete your personal data (excluding records that must be retained for tax, legal, or security reasons)
- Correct any data that is wrong or out of date

Cookies
AdvanceMed uses cookies for login state, screen preferences, and comment form pre-fill. You can clear or block cookies at any time in your browser — but you may need to log in more often.
Sharing with third parties
AdvanceMed does not sell your data and only shares it with third parties with your express permission, except where the third party is providing one of the services listed above (e.g. processing your payment).
Health information
CVs, application materials, and coaching session notes can include sensitive personal or career information. AdvanceMed treats these as confidential. They are not shared outside the AdvanceMed team without your explicit instruction.
