Session recordings — how they're delivered

All AdvanceMed coaching sessions are recorded. Here's how you receive them and how long they're kept.

All Strategy Calls, Clarity Calls, and coaching sessions are recorded — primarily so you can review them after the call rather than trying to take notes during.

How recordings are delivered

After your session ends:

  1. The recording is processed (this can take from minutes to a few hours, depending on length).
  2. You'll receive an email with a link to access the recording.
  3. The link goes to your customer dashboard at coaching.advancemed.com.au, under My Recordings.

Format

  • Video and audio recording (MP4)
  • Includes any screen-share or document review portions
  • Streamable in the dashboard; usually downloadable as well

Privacy of recordings

  • Only you and the AdvanceMed team can access your recording.
  • Recordings are not shared, sold, or used for marketing without your written consent.

How long recordings are kept

Recordings remain available in your dashboard for as long as your account is active. We recommend downloading a copy if you want to keep it permanently.

If you cancel your account, contact support before doing so to retrieve any recordings you'd like to keep.

Didn't get a recording email?

  • Check spam / junk first.
  • Confirm the email on file matches your booking email.
  • Email support@advancemed.com.au with your session date and registered email.
