How to reschedule or rebook a session

Use the link in your booking confirmation email to move, cancel, or book another session — but watch the 24-hour cancellation window.

Use the booking link in your confirmation email to reschedule, cancel, or book another session. The same link works for all three actions.

You must reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your booked time. After that, you'll need to pay for a new session — see the Refund policy.

Step by step

Open your confirmation email

Look for the email titled "Your AdvanceMed appointment is confirmed". The booking link is near the bottom.

Click the booking link

The link opens your booking page on TidyCal — our scheduling platform.

Pick the action

  • Reschedule — select a new date / time.
  • Cancel — release the slot.
  • Book another session — choose any future slot in the same flow.

Confirm

You'll receive a fresh confirmation email and a text reminder the day before your new appointment.

Booking another session for the future

Existing clients can book future sessions through the same link without going through checkout again, provided the booking is paid for (e.g. you're on an active coaching package). For one-off paid sessions like a Clarity Call, you'll need to purchase the new session before booking.

Can I have someone else attend in my place?

Coaching is non-transferable — sessions are sold for one named client. If you'd like a colleague to engage, they should book separately.

If the link is expired or you can't access TidyCal, email support@advancemed.com.au with your registered email and preferred new time. We'll either rebook on your behalf or send a fresh booking link.
