How do I access my customer dashboard?

AdvanceMed has two customer portals. Which one you use depends on what you've purchased.

Most clients — coaching.advancemed.com.au

If you've bought a Strategy / Clarity Call, a coaching session, a course, document services, or a subscription, this is your portal.

What's there:

• Invoices and payment history
• Course access for any courses you've enrolled in
• Document service intake forms at coaching.advancemed.com.au/forms
• Booking calendars for upcoming sessions
• Subscriptions / Plans — manage cancellations, upgrades, downgrades
• Payment methods — add or remove credit cards (handled securely by Stripe)

VIP members — doctorcoaching.advancemed.com.au

If you're on a VIP program (General VIP, SET VIP, or Mini VIP — including Anthony and Melody Koo's programs), this is your portal.

What's there:

• Support forums for VIP members
• Coaching links for booked sessions
• VIP courses including specialty-specific content
• AI tools available only to VIP members

Common questions

I never created an account. If you bought a service, an account was created automatically using your purchase email. See I can't reset my password for how to set one up.

Which portal applies to me? If you've ever purchased a VIP program (General, SET, or Mini), use doctorcoaching.advancemed.com.au. For all other AdvanceMed purchases (Strategy Calls, CV rewrites, individual courses, subscriptions), use coaching.advancemed.com.au.

My email looks wrong on the system. Email support@advancemed.com.au with both your purchase email and the email you'd like to use. We can reassign your account.

I can't find a session recording. See Session recordings.

Note: my.advancemed.com.au is the old site and is being phased out. New purchases and account access happen at coaching.advancemed.com.au (or doctorcoaching.advancemed.com.au for VIP members).
