I can't reset my password

Password reset for both AdvanceMed customer portals — coaching.advancemed.com.au and doctorcoaching.advancemed.com.au — plus what to do if the reset email doesn't arrive.

AdvanceMed has two customer portals. Reset your password from the one that matches your account — see How do I access my customer dashboard? if you're not sure which.

Most clients — coaching.advancemed.com.au

You can reset your password or request a one-time email login from the customer dashboard sign-in page:

coaching.advancemed.com.au/customer-dashboard

The email login option is useful if you've forgotten your password and just want to get in once.

VIP members — doctorcoaching.advancemed.com.au

VIP members reset their password at:

doctorcoaching.advancemed.com.au/forgot-password

Quick fix (works for both portals)

Check your spam / junk folder

Reset emails come from a noreply@ or AdvanceMed system address and are commonly filtered. Search for "advancemed" in your mail app.

Confirm the email address

Make sure you're requesting the reset using the email you used at purchase. If you have more than one email account, try them all.

Request a fresh reset link

Reset links expire. Go back to the relevant reset URL above and request a new one. Use it within 30 minutes.

Try the email login option (coaching portal only)

If reset emails still don't arrive, request an email login link from the coaching customer dashboard sign-in page — same end result, different mechanism.

Still not working?

Email support@advancemed.com.au with:

  • Your registered email
  • Which portal you're trying to access (coaching.advancemed.com.au or doctorcoaching.advancemed.com.au)
  • The approximate date you bought your service (so we can locate the account)
  • A note saying you've already checked spam and tried a fresh reset

We'll either send a manual reset link or move your account to a different email if needed. Same support inbox handles both portals.

What we can't do

  • Reset your password over chat or phone — only via email so we can verify you control the registered address
  • Send your existing password — passwords are hashed and we can't read them
