Most AdvanceMed coaching is 1-on-1, but we sometimes run group programs for cohorts going through the same milestone at the same time.

Why group coaching can work
When everyone in the room is preparing for the same kind of interview, same application cycle, or same registration pathway, the discussion gets denser fast. You learn from other candidates' questions, see how panels would view different responses, and gain practice you couldn't get in 1-on-1 sessions alone.
When 1-on-1 still wins
- Your situation is unusual
- You've had setbacks you want to talk through privately
- You need detailed CV / cover letter / selection-criteria help
For most doctors, the right answer is a mix: a Clarity Call first to scope, then either a 1-on-1 coaching series or, if a relevant cohort is running, group coaching.
