What to expect from a coaching series

A coaching series is multi-session 1-on-1 work with Dr Anthony Llewellyn — different from a one-off Strategy or Clarity Call, which is a single 30-minute session.

When a series is the right fit

You're a good candidate for a coaching series if you have a multi-step career goal that won't be solved in one call. Common examples:

• Preparing for a specialist training application or interview cycle
• Navigating the IMG registration pathway end-to-end
• A career pivot into or out of a specialty
• Preparing a job search across multiple roles or jurisdictions
• Supporting an unsuccessful interview cycle and resetting for the next round

If your question is "should I do X?" or "how does Y work?", a single Clarity Call usually beats a series.

Format

• Sessions are 45+ minutes, conducted online over Zoom
• Cadence is agreed at the start — typically weekly, fortnightly, or aligned to milestones in your application cycle
• All sessions are recorded — see Session recordings
• Between sessions you'll usually have prep work (reflection, drafts, research) — most of the value sits between sessions, not inside them

What's not in scope

• Migration / visa advice — only Registered Migration Agents and Migration Lawyers can give that. See Visa types relevant to doctors.
• Clinical or specialty-specific clinical advice — coaching is about career, not clinical practice.
• Financial or legal advice — general information only.

How to engage

1. Start with a Clarity Call so we can scope the right package.
2. After that call, Anthony will recommend a series length (typically 4–12 weeks) based on what you need.
3. Document services (CV rewrite, cover letters, selection criteria) can be folded in as add-ons.
